			<description>I reformatted my iRiver and tried using your links and they're both out dated. Neither work. You should either take this down or provided links that work because you're screwing a lot of people over that reformat their iRiver. </description>

			<description>I am in the process of  reformatting my H10 and after I try to download the firmware, (many times) it always says &quot;check your network connection.&quot;  I have disabled all firewall/antivirus to no avail.  Any help?  Thanks</description>
